VENDOR INFORMATION:
We welcome a variety of vendors and strive to have different items from each vendor. Only one representative from multi-level companies will be accepted (i.e. Mary Kay, Scentsy, Tupperware). Please inquire before applying if you are a direct sales company. We reserve the right to limit duplicate vendors. Booth space may not be shared. One vendor is allowed per booth. No garage sale/rummage sale type booths.

We encourage all vendors (once payment is received) to advertise in our group to show our customers what you will be selling. This is a great way to preview your items and gain excitement. This is a valuable resource so pay as soon as possible and start advertising!

PAYMENTS:
Payments for inside booths must be made within 3 days. Payments for outdoor booths must be received 7 days before the event. We accept paypal, cashapp, check or cash.

No payments will be accepted on the day of the event.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, IF YOU ARE A DIRECT SALES COMPANY OR A FOOD VENDOR, YOU MUST SEND PAYMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED. WE CANNOT HOLD SPOTS UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
SET UP:
We will have 2 doors open on the Southeast and Southwest side of the gym as well as the front entrace. To minimize congestion, you will need to unload your vehicle to your booth space before setting up. Please unload and then move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking. Please bring a wagon or cart to speed up your unloading process.
If you are a vendor outdoor, canopies are required to have weights or be tied down for the safety of our guests and vendors. We cannot stress enough the importance of securing your canopy. Please take all precautions. Oklahoma is windy!
LOCATION:
This is an indoor and outdoor event. Trade Days is located off Highway 18 in Agra at the Agra High School Gym on Lincoln Street. This is a rain or shine event.
ETIQUETTE:
Please be respectful to your fellow vendors. No soliciting your products to customers in another vendor's booth. Also, this is a family event. Please be mindful of your language in front of customers.

FAQ:
When will we know our booth location? The map will be published in our Agra Trade Days group the Thursday or Friday before the event. All spaces will be clearly marked. Please make sure you are in this group so you will know your booth space.
When can I set up? The doors will be open at 7am on Saturday morning for set up. All booths must be set up and ready for customers by 9:45am. The event is 10am to 3pm.
When can I take down my booth? Inside vendors are absolutely prohibited from tearing down your booth before 3pm. It is very inconsiderate to our customers and other vendors to tear down before the event ends. It will be impossible to tear down your booth without disrupting other vendors inside the gym. DO NOT TEAR DOWN EARLY. Be respectful to the vendors, customers and coordinators as much work goes into this event. You must remain open for customers until 3pm.
Can I smoke or vape in my booth? Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Is electricity or water available? No
Are there any limitations to what I can sell? Vendors may not sell water or drinks unless you are a food vendor. Please email us if you have questions regarding this.
Do you allow direct sales vendors? Yes, but only one per company.
Can I get a refund if I cannot make it? No refunds can be made unless the event is cancelled by organizers due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme or severe weather.
Is this event indoor or outdoor? This event is held indoors and outdoors, and it is rain or shine.
