We welcome a variety of vendors and strive to have different items from each vendor. Only one representative from multi-level companies will be accepted (i.e. Mary Kay, Scentsy, Tupperware). Please inquire before applying if you are a direct sales company.  We reserve the right to limit duplicate vendors.  Booth space may not be shared. One vendor is allowed per booth.  No garage sale/rummage sale type booths.

Events are from 10am to 3pm.  Set up may begin Saturday morning as early as you wish as long as you are ready for customers at 10am.  Spaces are marked the previous night.  We do not have overnight security.  You will need to provide your own chairs, tables, and canopies. Canopies are required to have weights or be tied down for the safety of our guests and vendors.  Electricity and water will not be available.


This is an outdoor event. Trade Days is located on Highway 18 in Agra on the playground south of the Agra Elementary School.  Founder's Day will be located at the Agra High School on Lincoln Street.  This is a rain or shine event.  No refunds will be given unless the event is canceled by coordinators. 


Please be respectful to your fellow vendors. No soliciting your products to customers in another vendor's booth.  Also, this is a family event.  Please be mindful of your language in front of customers. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises.

If you are a direct sales company, please inquire as to availability prior to filling out form. We limit 1 booth per direct sales company.

We currently are full on the following direct sales companies:  Avon, Paparazzi, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, and Pink Zebra.  

Due to the limited booths, food vendors and direct sales vendors must pay immediately to hold your booth.  Please choose the paypal or cashapp option or arrange to pay within 3 days of the application by check or cash.  This is a first come, first serve - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Make checks payable to Agra Community Enhancement.  You may mail to: 316 W Grant, Agra, OK 74824 or drop off at Creative Girl Designs at 316 W Grant Street, Agra (drop
slot by the front door)

To pay via cash, please text Kimberly at 918-906-6386 to arrange for payment.  Do not select this payment method if you are not local to the Agra area.  No payments will be accepted on the day of the event. 

All payments must be received 7 days prior to the event in order for you to be included in the map and to advertise in our Trade Days Group.  

Prohibited items:  guns, knives, any type of drug paraphernalia (including pipes and bongs)  If these items are brought to the event, you will be asked to leave and banned from Trade Days.  No refunds will be given.  

You may not combine sell any items from a direct sales company in your booth along with other items without first getting permission and it must be listed on your application.  For example, if you are a boutique and register as a boutique, you cannot sell items considered direct sales (Scentsy, Avon, Paparazzi, Perfectly Posh, etc.)  

Absolutely no sharing booths.  We do not allow any garage sale or rummage sale type booths.   Liquidation companies and clothing resellers (vintage, thrifted or used clothing) please inquire before applying.

Water and soft drink sales are reserved for food trucks and for the ACE Group only.  If you would like to sell these items you must register as a food truck.  Booths that will be selling baked goods may register any size booth, but you cannot sell drinks.  



Waiver of Liability: Neither the Agra Community Enhancement Group, Agra Trade Days, Town of Agra, Agra Public School, or any other sponsors assume any responsibility for destruction, damage or loss of the exhibitor’s property for any cause. The exhibitor’s agree to indemnify and hold harmless said associations, sponsors, businesses and promoters or any others associated with the show from any liability and expense for any injury, property damage or other loss arising out of the use by the exhibitors of its exhibit space or activity in connection therewith. By my/our signature(s), I/we agree to this Waiver of Liability.  This event will be held rain or shine.  No refunds on booths for any reason unless event is canceled by organizers.
