In submitting this entry form, I acknowledge I am assuming full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident, which may occur to me during the AGRA 5K PUMPKIN ROLL or while I am on the premises of AGRA HIGH SCHOOL. I hereby release and hold harmless the sponsors and all of the persons and entities associated with the AGRA 5K PUMPKIN ROLL from liability for injuries and damages sustained by me including AGRA COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT GROUP, AGRA HIGH SCHOOL and the town of AGRA, OK. I understand that there is an inherent risk in entering any run in the public domain and I assume the risk. I grant permission to AGRA COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT GROUP to use any, photograph, or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever, including the press. I understand that pets are not allowed on the course.

in Agra, Oklahoma. Please register by October 14, to be guaranteed a shirt.

Standard Entry Fee: $25 (includes t-shirt & medal)
Kid's Entry Fee: $10.00 17 & U (includes medal, no t-shirt)
